B. Details of Business Transacted by Intermediary

  • Publishing fundamental equity research reports based on independent research and factual analysis.
  • Providing investment advisory services only after assessing risk profile, suitability, and financial goals.
  • Disclosing all fee schedules, engagement contracts, and potential conflicts of interest before onboarding.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of client financial and personal information.

C. Rights of Investors

  • Right to receive fair, transparent, and non-discriminatory treatment.
  • Right to receive complete, objective research notes containing clear disclosures of risks and assumptions.
  • Right to know all fees and charges payable prior to entering any agreement.
  • Right to privacy and confidentiality regarding personal and financial data.
  • Right to timely resolution of grievances within 21 calendar days of receipt.

  • Do not share your trading terminal passwords or demat login credentials.
  • Do not make payments to personal accounts other than the registered firm account.
  • Do not invest blindly based on social media tips or unverified SMS messages.
